Having a guest?

Due to fire regulations all residents must inform the wardens if they have guests over. Therefore, please fill the form out below if you are expecting guests. All fields are required.

Rules for guests are as follows:


You are entirely responsible for your guests: you must be with them at all times, explain evacuation procedures, do not give them your swipe card or keys, and ensure they behave appropriately.

Please remember to request permission at least one week in advance! (the reason is, of course, for the comfort of all residents: we have limited facilities showers, kitchens, common rooms that are paid by residents). Normally, guests should stay for 2-3 days max. Students in double and triple rooms must request permission from their room mates, prior to warden permission.
